Please note, as our headboards are custom made, One+Only™ Custom Headboards do not accept returns or exchanges. For your assurance of product quality, we will send you a proof of your image for final approval before its construction and shipment.

All our headboards are very well packed, with hard cardboard and bubble wrap. However, if you have damage to your headboard when you receive it, we will repair the item or issue a refund subject to managements decision.
