What is the turnaround time?
As One+Only™ Custom Headboards only uses local suppliers, we are able to ship your personally designed headboard generally within four to six weeks.
Is delivery included? What if I live outside the GVRD?
If you are within the GVRD, additional shipping and handling charges of $70 per headboard do apply. If you are outside the GVRD, shipping and handling charges will vary depending on your location.
Can a Queen sized headboard fit through a standard door?
Yes. Child, Twin, Double and Queen headboards fit fully assembled through all doors framed 80.5” or less.
Can you make a custom headboard from an image I have?
In order to provide our customers with the highest quality reproduction, we use only print quality, high resolution images. If you have the original negative of your favourite image, we usually will be able to accommodate your request.
If you don’t have the original negative, please email us and we can contact you to discuss options to ensure you receive exactly the headboard you desire.
